Quite alright.

Liked: The room and cleanliness was exceptional. Cleaning staff excels.Finally a "pet fee" that was reasonable. So many hotels are using the pet fee to make up "perceived"short-comings in room rates. From customer's point......just a tax.Booking should do something about this. "Pet fee" should be included in listings.
Disliked: "Marginal" breakfast. I get it.....these days (with food prices), it's tough.Staff member at desk (4 PM Monday June 16th) did her job but could be friendlier...more congenial.

If you're looking for a...

Liked: The Inside was clean and well kept. If you don't need POSH - This hotel is clean and comfortable. If you're only needing a room which you can get a good sleep and get a breakfast in the morning ... This is the hotel to book.
Disliked: The exterior needs some clean up and TLC.
