It’s what you’d expect from...

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful. We felt safe. Everything was clean. Ample parking. Our dogs were happy there. They are doing some renovations, so hopefully it will be nicer in the near future.
Disliked: The bathroom never fully dried after showers - it was always damp. The room was also a bit humid/damp, but not like the bathroom. The room also had a strange smell that was annoying by day 2.

Liked: Good value, clean comfortable room.

The improvements you are making...

Liked: We were not expecting much for breakfast. They stated it was a grab and go, so we only had a small muffin. Location was fine except for road construction that has been there for years.
Disliked: The bathroom door wouldn’t close and there were guests that were very loud (talking and music) until about 2:00 AM both nights.
