Liked: I've already sent an email a week ago. I checked out of this hotel June 20th, 2025. I didn't arrive till 3:00 a.m. in the morning and that would be the only reason why I didn't leave immediately. This place needs to be shut down. I can't say enough about it Roach infested, burn holes in my bed covering, stained ripped carpets, just unbelievably filthy disgusting run down hole in the wall. I cannot believe they can remain open. The smell that exited that hotel as soon as I opened the main door to the lobby just about knocks me out. It smelled like a smoker's bad basement that flooded frequently. Not only was the place filthy but so were the people working there. It was horrible and if I wasn't stuck there I would have left immediately. You can't get Ubers you can't get taxis to get around. I was in such a panic attack by what I was seeing and smelling I couldn't even focus enough to get a new hotel. I've already sent pictures along with emails this past Monday and now it's Friday and I've heard nothing nor is my money been refunded to me. I need my money refunded. You shouldn't charge me at all. That place is a nightmare and I never been more scared in my life. I want my money back please refund my money. I checked out on the 20th I paid for two more nights give me my money back. Take this off your site you need to take that hotel that hell hole that nightmare off of your sight and those pictures are laughable. That place needs to be shut down for good

Liked: They property was not well up kept the lamp shades was broken and all messed up it just wasn’t a good look at all

Liked: They never had clean linen no clean towels or wash rags sheets the did clean every day the manager was very rude said unlikely thins to people wouldn't stay again
Disliked: Everything was a big disappointment door where broke didn't even need a key on side of building nasty one house keeper did not know any English or understand anything

Liked: Not a thing.
Disliked: The bed smelled badly of urine. There were cigarette burns on the sheets and bedspread. There was also dog poop in the hallway. We only stayed 1 of the nights and had to leave. It was disgusting. They have not refunded my money yet either. You should quickly remove them from your list of hotels you represent.
