Convenient location, but got no...

Liked: The location was convenient for getting off the road and was near places to eat.
Disliked: The A/c unit had issues were it sound like a semi truck hitting its air brakes, for several minutes then stopped. Called front desk when couldn’t get it to stop with shutting off unit, but when calling it stopped so they kind of didn’t believe me so I said would call back when it did it again. A/c did it again at 2 am, 3 am and at 4 am waking me out of sleep. I called front desk so they can hear it. Then it happened again at 7 am before my leaving. I shut off unit and told desk.

Nothing

Liked: The toilet was running over and would not flush i contact the office all night nothing done and the air conditioner was really loud noises kept me up all night and the wifi wouldn't connect I feel I should get a night free or half off on the next room
Disliked: I should get a room night free or half off on next room

Exceptional

Liked: Close to Kroger, Ollie's, Family Dollar. Breakfast is nice. Was very accommodating when I needed to change rooms.

Horrible

Liked: Didn't eat breakfast. Didn't like anything about the hotel.
Disliked: Everything was bad the room didn't even looked like it was cleaned and the little closet door was broken. The whole place looked disgusting and didn't look nothing like the pictures.
