Worst experience ever

Liked: Nothing,staff is very rude and don’t know how to treat people well I’ll just say it black people!!
Disliked: I arrive 2 adults and 3 of my grandchildren requested a 2 bed room to accommodate use all the guy at the register would not give us the room he wanted to argue and give me a lesson on how to reserve rooms and tried to say when needed to pay for an extra room for the kids in every hotel kids stay free!! Why is he charging me another room? Then once we figured that out I noticed that that was holes in the door, dirty shower and unclean sheets and a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room and hallway I will never stay at super 8 again!
