Liked: There was an old breadstick under one bed. Sheets were stained and found some bugs

Disliked: Front desk- clerk was in a dirty shirt no shoes while a girl behind the counter was playing on a virtual reality headset. Room had hair from previous people, bed looked dirty, had one towel in the room.

What I expected from booking,...

Liked: I had flight land late, called in to front desk and let them know, they checked me in at 2am with no hassle.
Disliked: Breakfast is mainly coffee or juice & grab a snack

Disliked: First room we were in had bed bugs. I was put into a handicap room after that because my husband is handicap. We had to leave the room and hotel because the handicap room had black mold on the shower chair.
