Disappointing
Disliked: Payment system went down and still gave out keys but before giving keys was told to call my bank when I had plenty amount of money in my account and waited an hour till we got any feedback

Disappointing
Liked: There wasn't any breakfast but it was advised they had one.
Disliked: No towels in room and half he buttons on TV remote didn't work.

Disliked: The room did not have a television as advertised and when I brought it up the manager did not seem to care at all. The bathroom had a long hair stuck to the wall as well as a used bar of soap and a wad of hair behind the door

Nice stay. Just needed attention...
Liked: Very clean and tidy room.
Disliked: The person who cleaned up the room forgot to leave towels and wash clothes. The television control had to be corrected to get stations. I personally like a thin pillow. None were thin.

It was a learning experience...
Liked: It was close to my meeting location. the staff was friendly. and they had a vending machine.
Disliked: The floors had dirt on them, outside by the door there were busted window screens, trash cans, and cigarette butts all over.The room was extremely hot when I arrived, and was hard to get to cool down. there was only 2 bath towels and one wash cloth in the room. No hand towels. And the TV would not work. When I arrived the room key did not work, so it had to be redone. When I went to check out in the morning there was no one working.
