Liked: It was close and convenient for going to the graduation we had in town.
Disliked: The parking lot could be updated and had a pretty strong smell of smoke in the lobby.

Watch your billing, double charging

Liked: Issue with being double charged at the hotel and told I would be refunded both in person and over the telephone. I booked 2 rooms. I paid for my room by credit card and the 2nd room was paid separately by the other family room. He was charged twice and told his card was declined so they charged my card again. Issue is still not resolved.
Disliked: The service on correcting the double charging for the rooms.

Liked: Location was great. Off the main road to get to every place we needed to go.
Disliked: The breakfast was not up to Wyndham standards in my opinion

Liked: Room was clean with fresh towels everyday
Disliked: We were charged 15.00 per dog per night without being told of the charge ahead of time (we have 2 dogs which came to 90.00 for 3 night and she overcharged 10.00 and said it was tax when it should have been only 6.30)also told breakfast was included with price And all that they had was a choice of fruit loops and Raisin Bran and the juice was out of order ; back door close to our room does not lock and is broken ; not enough parking for customers
