Liked: Breakfast was pretty good.
Disliked: It was very old and needed updating. Carpets were nasty; stains all over the chairs; bedding had burn holes in them. Would never stay there again. Way overpriced!

LOCATION IS VERY INCONVENIENT FOR...

Liked: The room was spacious and quiet most of the time.
Disliked: Rude front desk staff, inconsiderate about luggage and the patrons concerns, housekeeper language barrier that I spoke out about and was demonized for. Daily Unacceptable unnecessary nagging phone calls hours before checkout, Constantly calling the room phone to wake me up and bug me about the same thing everyday while I’m recovering from daily chemo at Emory. Good bargain but waste of money to a family who owns the property but treats the guest like dogs. And the youngest woman in the front who was very disrespectful and obnoxious needs a course on customer service. She was horrific and I was sooo glad to leave. She even handed me a note one day instead of telling me the same crap I was told everyday about check out time like her mouth wasn’t working at the moments Totally ridiculous! I’m Not giving my money to people who disrespect me. The thought of it or the thinking I would is the real joke.
