Liked: Rooms were updated and clean. They were spacious and the beds were comfortable with the darkened curtains.
Disliked: We were lucky to get a room, bc Kansas City hotels were all sold out! We would have liked a better rate but we were just thankful to find a room available at the last minute!

Clean, spacious rooms and comfortable...

Liked: The staff was friendly, the room was very clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room did not have a dresser in which to unpack clothes. The breakfast was subpar. Rather than twinkies and cupcakes, perhaps offer oatmeal or hardboiled eggs. Fresh fruit like bananas or oranges would also be a good idea.

Recommend if traveling with pets

Liked: As we were traveling with pets a dog friendly environment was key to us. The pet fee was $20 per pet per night which was pretty reasonable. There was enough opportunity to walk the dogs. The room did not have any carpet which is preferred if you have pets. The location was good - close to the highway and close to restaurants.
Disliked: The breakfast was very basic - toast, packaged mini cupcakes and cookies, coffee - that's about it.
