It will keep you out...

Liked: There were four walls and a roof so that was nice, the pool was very nice and the hotel was relatively clean and odor free.
Disliked: There are absolutely no breakfast options available at all, their sign used to say "free complimentary breakfast" but it was marked out and unavailable. Also heads up, they will require a $100 deposit upon check-in. The beds were pretty hard and I didn't see any mention but there are train tracks about 200 yards behind the hotel and you will get woken up in the middle of the night multiple times by the train horn.

Liked: Close to a lot of restaurants, wasn’t too far from the beach ,walking distance to store and bar , property very secure and clean . Pool was clean also staff was amazing .
