It was mid.
Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: I was told check in time was at 3:00. We showed up exactly at 3, checked in and had to wait an extra 50 minutes in the lobby for our room. The couple who checked in after us ended up getting their room before us. This was the 1st motel/hotel I've ever stayed in ever (including overseas) that I've ever experienced that. This was unfortunate cause our time was limited & wanted to enjoy every bit of our trip possible.

Disliked: I did not like my room fee being pulled out of my account before I got there and then pulled out again once I got there so now I have to wait about a week to get the first withdraw back and I had to wait almost 45 minutes to get into my room after check-in

Ripped off $100 lost and...
Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: After paying over $100 to for the night when I arrived they asked for a deposit. This was no disclosed to me when paid for the room that night and why they didn’t take the deposit then I don’t understand. Me and my three kids arrived on site to check in and that’s when they disclose the deposit. Unfortunately, I did not have the entire amount. The guy said there was nothing that he could do. But said that if I requested a refund, he would approve the refund.. . The refund was requested. He’s denied it. It’s not only were me and my three kids without a place to stay about six hours away from home too tired to drive. I also lost $100 that he had said he would refund. My kids and I slept in the car in a parking lot until daylight to finish the drive home. Horrible customer service

Liked: Had to dispute my $100 refundable deposit with my bank days later after confirming twice with the receptionists at the front desk that I would get it back the morning of departure.

Liked: Lovely room and friendly helpful staff. Breakfast not available due to work on kitchen - pool not open and pretty small. Lot of work going on - it will be lovely when finished.
