Liked: Looked good on the outside
Disliked: The room was permeated with a heavy perfume odor, attempting to mask the scent of cigarettes. The air conditioning was dysfunctional, the toilet was unsecured, the bathroom mirror was dirty, and the bed squeaked with every slightest movement.

Liked: The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean and generous spacing. The front desk staff always had solutions for unexpected concerns.
Disliked: The room AC unit gVe the room an unpleasant odor. My guess the filter was overdue for changing. The ac fan had an intermittent high pitched whine. There was a "softball" size stain on the carpet. There was grit of some sort on the window sill.

Terrible Hotel an Staff

Liked: The front desk lady on day shift that weekend .
Disliked: First we got cheated out of a double bed an got put in a single bed room for myself , my husband an our 4yr old grandson . They over booked because of a baseball team that stayed as well . Then at 7:18 the second night we were told to be quite by the night shift front dest . He was absolutely roud an showed my family no respect . We will not be returning.

Liked: Close to stores and food choices
Disliked: The sink and tub didn’t drain the maids never came to the room and cleaned not once we had to get our own towels and they didn’t even have toilet paper when we ran out. This is the worst place I’ve stayed sense the M star in Cleveland Georgia. So disappointing.

Disliked: I booked the room on Priceline but when I got there the lady act like she couldn’t find my reservation and I waited almost an hour before I finally got in a room and it was already paid. I was tired and kept showing the confirmation number.
