It was ok

Liked: It was close to I-80
Disliked: It was outdated and worn. Signs everywhere about no smoking and charges associated if you do. But, our room reeked of smoke. It was as if someone had just put a cigarette out in the bathroom. The staff did offer to switch rooms, but it was late and we just wanted to sleep.

Very poor

Liked: the clerk was very nice
Disliked: when we arrived to our reservation, the attendant gave us our room key. the key would not open the door. I went back to the attendant and waiting in line approximately 45 minutes with the busy customer time. She did a great job and got the key card working for me. went upstairs to room 222 which is the room she put us in, to find out it was the wrong room. besides that, the room was missing a headboard, missing furniture and had garbage on the floor. I went back to the attendant and she apogized very much as she put us in the wrong room. we got to the new room (228) and it was the correct room and great. there was some rose pedals on the floor from the last guests amd the bed blankets had stains all over them so we put on floor and slept with the sheet. when we tried to use the jacuzzi it had a layer of dirt on it and glitter everywhere so my wife had to wash it out before we used it. My 2 children then got dressed into their swimming gear and went to the pool to see it was closed, it didn't say anything in the reservation about the poop being closed that was a bummer. the rest of our stay the wifi wouldn't work at all the kids got bored and moped around all night. in the am before check out time. We were going to get some breakfast before we left, as we paid 299$ for our room and board. there was no breakfast provided. There was coffee and some sugar but no creme. overall it was not as expected from what I seen on the reservation about amenities from the hotel and amenities from the room as says.

Disliked: I Google hot breakfast and swimming pool.. had neither... Only had cold cereal and frozen bread for toast... no juice machine it was broke.No pool said temporarily out of service .. even though outside sign said pool flashing by main road on sign .. false advertising.. Very disapointed..Only had 1 towel in room.. had to ask for towel and still only gave me 1.. I use 2 myself.. Super disapointed.. need a warm meal . B4 traveling.

Poor

Liked: Although thanks to the staff we were allowed to spend the night with the cat and returned the deposit without any problems. This is the only plus of this hotel.
Disliked: Dirty, stinking of cigarettes in the non-smoking room. There wasn't even soap. There is no kettle. The feeling of dirt is everywhere. The windows do not have a protective net against insects. The hotel is pets friendly, but only dogs are allowed.

We will never stay here...

Liked: AC worked
Disliked: Room wasn't ready at check in time. We didn't have a coffee maker or cups and ice tub. When I called the front desk to ask for them, they told us they would bring them in the morning. The lamp shade was very stained. The bed was sunk in in the middle. The toilet didn't work properly because the float kept sticking. The TV was in a very weird spot, and most of the channels didn't work.

Liked: The suite was big
Disliked: The television does fit the room. Big suite one small television. Nothing in the living or dinging area. Then if you lay in bed you can’t watch television because it is in a cabinet with one shelf that is below the bed footboard.

The management wants my money...

Liked: The facility was nice looking.
Disliked: The rooms had only half the towels , no soap, all coat hangers were removed. For breakfast most of the machines were removed or the ones that were there didn't work. The management had no answer and didn't care at all. Very poor service and don't care is the biggest problem I have. Provide us with no information prior, as if everything was normal. "Really sucks"
