Disliked: the bathroom

TERRIBLE. DO NOT STAY HERE

Disliked: Front desk man was rude. The pool and hot tub were out of order. Had to use the bathroom in the lobby as me and my friend were the only ones at check in and that bathroom was out of order. During check in a gentleman came out complaining that his tv was not working and lightbulbs were out in his room. Front desk man was rude about that. I tried asking for a refund or discount or something. He upgraded the room and we get up to our room and it was 80°. The air conditioning was not working. I called the front desk asking for a fan, he said yes “come get it” I said can you please bring it up? And then he just WALKED INTO OUR ROOM AS IM IN MY BRA AND UNDERWEAR.

Disliked: Very bad experience. No service provided as it offers. No shampoo/soap or anything. Breakfast included in the pricing but was not served. No coffee machine or supplies. Microwave not functioning. Water tapsBroken. No cleanliness.

Liked: It was close to I-80
Disliked: It was outdated and worn. Signs everywhere about no smoking and charges associated if you do. But, our room reeked of smoke. It was as if someone had just put a cigarette out in the bathroom. The staff did offer to switch rooms, but it was late and we just wanted to sleep.
