Liked: We got what we paid for. We didn’t expect a whole lot. Heard Danville isn’t the safest city, but the motel location was great, parking lot well lit and we noticed security cameras which was reassuring.
Disliked: Our room had a funky smell which permeated to our clothes.

Was just ok for 1...
Liked: beds were comfortable and flooring was new.
Disliked: There were cigarettes stains on tub. Burn stains. Water faucet was leaking in the sink. Both items were shared with morning staff person. Breakfast was ok but could have added fruit, yogurt and better cereal choices like other Super 8s.

Very good
Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. The eggs on the breakfast menu were good and done. The water was good drinking water and didn't taste like bleach or something. The housekeepers were very good at their jobs and so polite.
Disliked: A couple of the staff members kinda made me feel like I was bothering them when I would ask for something. The carpet could use a good shampoo.

Liked: Great value for a place to lay your head down. It's not the Ritz but hot water comfortable at a fair price
Disliked: Old and outdated, but it's half the price of a newer hotel

Liked: Night front desk clerk was great.
Disliked: The morning front desk and housekeepers were horrible. Requested late check out (because I wouldn't be returning to the hotel till after 12oclock) for housekeeping to be walking in our room with my daughter half dressed and front desk banging on the door saying we're to be checked out if not to pay for another stay. (Altho it was with vulgar language that was used towards my daughter and grandson.) Staff definitely shouldn't be this way with customers nor should housekeepers be just walking into a room without knocking!
