Liked: That it was no smoking
Disliked: Mist interaction with front desk was not customer friendly. Staff was having private conversations while servicing. Towels and sheets with stains and carpets not vacuumed. Especially with animal hair. Do to new owners, they refuse to service Danville residents. DISAPPOINTED!

Liked: I booked a smoking room but they went non smoking a month ago, which is okay but would have chosen a different hotel for our stay. I was very disappointed with breakfast. No remote for one of the rooms but they found one. Their bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.

Disliked: Conditions of my room, rates were no better than any other surrounding hotel.

Disliked: The entrance could be spruced up to match the quality of the room remodels.
