Liked: The pool was the only good thing about this hotel. It was well maintained and with a good size. The price of the stay compared to other places was good, considering if it actually offered breakfast, which in my case, it did not because they were remodeling. They also allowed me to leave my luggage there after I checked out and pick it up a few hours later.
Disliked: I have a list of things that I did not like about this hotel and made me give 2/10 stars.- I booked this hotel because it offered breakfast, but the breakfast area is remodeling, so they were not offering during my stay. They gave me a paper bag that had one honey bun, a banana, and one small Sunny D, terrible compared to an actual breakfast. So, I had to go out and buy some actual breakfast for me and my family, altough I booked this hotel thinking it would have actual breakfast, not this joke.-They dont mop the floor of the bedroom, it was super dirty. I like to walk barefoot in my room, and during my stay there I could see my sole of my feet all black and dirty because of how the floor were. Even on our first night it was already like that. Room service came every day to make the bed, but they never cleaned the floor, the situation was terrible.-The room smelled funny, I dont know if it is the AC filter or something like that, but the room had a very funny smell, not bad, but you could notice once you got inside the room.-The soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the shower did not work, only shampoo was filled, the other two was empty for both rooms we booked. We had to go out and buy our own stuff. Also, the shampoo dispenser that actually works, when you are using it, it opens the lid, so the thing is not remaining in place.-My room had a balcany, but the slidding door to access the balcany was jammed so I could not open it. Even to refresh the air, trying to have some clean air to remove the funny smell I mentioned earlier.-The cards to access the room quit working after a day or so, so we had to keep going to reception to get new cards that worked, I was super incovinient trying to enter your room and then realizing that the key wasnt working anymore.- Lastly, when I booked this hotel, it said they would offer a crib, but when I called there to double check if they would fulfill my request, they replied they never do this.
