Disliked: Property was trashy looking. Curbings in front of rooms were filled with people sitting in front of all the rooms. This is not a safe place to stay!!

Liked: Absolutely nothing! It was dirty, used soap in shower, dirty towels in room, one bed (king) that was as flat and hard as can be with pillows that were like paper they were so thin, the AC would cut off every hour or so and you’d have to wait for it to cool down to turn back on. AWe reserved a double bed and they gave us a king because the double beds were for military only. We got in a day early and booked a double room that day and was not given one, the next day we assumed we would get one and were told no so we didn’t even stay and went elsewhere.

I arrived at around 10:00 at night find no one there and the property locked I rang the bell over and over again I then started calling finally somebody finally answered and after a short wait somebody appeared. I am disabled and had requested a non-smoking room with handicap shower and extra pillows and extra towels and a late check out. When I got to my room I walked into a extremely smelly room it smelled like cigarettes even though I was supposed to have a non-smoking room and moldy smelling as well. Half the lights did not work in the room and the bed was extremely uncomfortable there was only three pillows on the king size bed. There was only one towel in the bathroom the toilet wasn't screwed to the floor there was no soap no ice bucket and the air conditioning heating was noisy and took forever to cool the room off. It is the second time I have stated this facility and I can guarantee you it will be the last both times were very unpleasant stays. In the Enterprise Alabama area as far as the cheap hotels go stay away from this place and stay away from Econo Lodge out of all of the cheap hotels in the area the Executive Inn has the cheapest nicest rooms for the money not perfect but if you're looking for a cheap hotel that one is the one to go to in the area only reason why I didn't stay at that hotel was because they were full. I was too tired to even complain but it was one of the first times I can say that I really wanted to go up front and get a full refund even though technically I slept there to be honest I don't even think the bedspread had been washed in a while. Totally totally unsatisfactory that room had no business being rented and if the facility doesn't even read the notes on the reservation that's just horrible and it wasn't like the place was packed or it was a busy weekend or anything like that. Extremely uncomfortable beds you have been warned

Worst ever hotel stayed.

Liked: Nothing was likeable
Disliked: Room were dirty, rooms would not locl. Had a ciagrette smell upon entering room. Ceiling was damaged. It was nothing like how it seemed in website. Please refund our money. We did not even stay there, we left as soon as we were given those filthy rooms and the locatkon was shady and looked unsafe too. Staffs and manager was rude.
