Liked: I accidentally double booked the room by mistake with the hopes of not having to move. But the staff took advantage and forced me to move to a worst room that smell of sewer and was badly maintained. Very poor interpersonal skills for service worker.
Disliked: Not only did the desk clerk take advantage of my mistake but she never gave me a chance to contact customer service before she canceled my old reservation a day early and started the new one. When I contacted customer service. I was already checked in?
