Liked: Overall the stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, even when I burned two waffles (oops). We felt taken care of and if had needed any additional help, I believe we would have received it. The location was good, walking distance to a few restaurants and I loved that the Cuba visitor center was across the street.
Disliked: It was a bit muggy and musty smelling in the lobby, but that could just have been from the current weather. There were some noisy kids running through hallways late one night, but that was more on the other people rather than the hotel itself. I wish the room could have kept its temperature more regulated, it was either a little warm and stuffy or cold but these are all small complaints.
