Was fine for one night.

Disliked: Room smelled.

Liked: employees excellent guests in parking lot or downstairs loud

Clean standard accommodations.

Liked: Standard room with standard facilities which was ok. Everything was clean.
Disliked: Light on the right side of bed nightstand (room 123) was not plugged in. Could not find an outlet in back or to the side to plug it into.

My stay was terrible and...

Liked: The location was good. But the service was terrible.
Disliked: Housekeeping didn’t come to clean or replace anything I had to ask for it. Plus I wanted a low handicap bed and the bed was high and tough to get into it easily. Needed a step stool to get on the bed. The bath tub was high and hard to step in and out of.

I'll stay somewhere else

Liked: I wanted to bring to your attention a discrepancy I encountered during my recent visit to your facility. When I checked the online post-it for my appointment, it indicated 2:00 PM, but upon arrival at the counter, it was noted as 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, I was unable to enter the premises until 3:45 PM due to the room being cleaned by the staff.I understand that scheduling conflicts can arise, and I appreciate your staff's efforts to accommodate me despite the delay. However, I wanted to highlight this incident for future improvements in communication and scheduling accuracy.
Disliked: Areas were remodeled and other areas were extremely dated.

Exceptional

Liked: The check in proces went very well and smoothy. The room was what we expected.
Disliked: Nothing.

Met all needs.

Liked: Wonderful front desk staff--friendly, helpful.Cleaning lady on February 28 sweet, flexible; deserves recognition.Accessible to all shops/stores etc. that I needed.Value for the dollar.
Disliked: The included "breakfast" was really just oatmeal and coffee. Below competitors' included fare.
