I would stay there again - the shuttle to the Pacific Amphitheater was a plus but the mix-up with the pick up was disappointing.

Liked: One night stay; the hotel was clean, quiet and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: Only issue was the shuttle home from the Amphitheater never picked us up - there was a mix up even though i called the hotel 2 times. we ended up taking a Taxi back to the hotel

Liked: This hotel was exactly what I was expecting. It was in a nice location, had everything that was listed, and the tub had jets!
Disliked: While the rooms were obviously decently kept, it's obvious that the cleaning staff did not check under the beds as I found an empty bottle and some lost possessions underneath.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Shower/bath bottom was very slippery. Staff was not too accessible. Soundproofing was not good. We could hear the tenant above us walking throughout the night. Appparently he could not sleep and also kept us from sleeping.

Liked: If you have a spouse that snores, you can leave the light/bathroom fan on and it acts as perfect white noise.
Disliked: It is fine for a motel. Sometimes other visitors are noisy.

Get new night clerk

Liked: The location was nice , room. Price was fitting .
Disliked: The clerk was very rude when my booking was cancelled by booking.com for unknown reason ,When I had to rebook and had to pay 100 dollars extra he kept saying it wasn't his problem and helped me non .Very disappointed ☹️

Liked: The only bright spot was the smiling nice kid at the evening front desk. Oh...and it was near a lot of shopping.
Disliked: Checked in...a Nice kid was getting off duty...then got the grumpy partial English speaking guy who could care less. The next day we were leaving and the manager chased us down in our van to ask us to move due to maintenance...which they KNEW about in advanced and could of just put us in a different room to begin with. Then new room had a TINY TV and we were there a week. The room was not bad but bring your own Kleenex...they don't supply those. The poo; was empty in April and looked like they had no plans to fix the torn up hot tub. So...it was cheap.
