Liked: The pool was closed, I planned this trip for the pool specifically and I wasn’t told about the pool being unusadble until I got there which was super disappointing. I even tried to cancel it so I could go to the other super 8 where the pool was working and I was gonna get charged $105 even though I made the reservation a few hours prior..

Disliked: I booked this hotel cause it said it had a pool so my kids could swim and nothing said the pool was closed so we didn't even stay for more then 5 min and my family and I paid for a 3 night stay and were told we wouldn't be refunded our money so I had to find a hotel with a pool and pay for another hotel so it wouldn't ruin our vacation.So after this experience with super 8, and being told I wouldn't be refunded any money for not even staying there! I'll never go back.
