Disliked: The breakfast and the room wasn't finished

Horrible experience, yielding no sleep....

Liked: Room was neat, bed linens were clean. plenty of clean bath linens, though off-white in appearance.
Disliked: Parking is limited and difficult to maneuver for larger vehicles.Though neat the room was in need of updating. The room door had a 1/2”- 3/4” gap underneath, carpet was worn, window lacked darkening curtains, several fixtures were in disrepair. Light above vanity/sink needed to be replaced.The location was readily accessible however, it appeared that many ground level rooms were occupied by extended stay patrons, several who were very loud, arguing on property (sounded like it was outside my room door), honking car horn repeatedly for several minutes and Playing loud music.There was construction equipment in the back corner of the parking lot, furniture and mattresses in the stairwells and in one of the parking spots, adding to parking congestion and presenting an unpleasant appearance.I got no sleep and in my hasty retreat forgot my phone charger and cord, for a nice cap to the experience. Had I been aware of the state of the facility, I would have stayed elsewhere.

Liked: The staff at the front desk (am & pm)was friendly. The bedroom was clean sheets were clean so were the towels.
Disliked: The restroom I know there are under renovation. There was a water bubble in our shower and a mildew spot on the shower ceiling, and rust around the tub. I went the next day for morning breakfast and was a little disappointed they only had waffles and cereal and toast and of course coffee and juice, there was no fruit there was no variety of much.

Liked: didnt eat breakfast there.
Disliked: The checkin was fine. the counters and floor in the room were dirty, articles of clothing from prior renters was still in bathroom. mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.no batteries in tv remote so you couldnt use the TV easily.
