Very good

Good in its class

Liked: The premises are a bit worn, but about what you'd expect from a hotel in this category. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are good-sized. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom, clean. Breakfast was quite good.
Disliked: Housekeeping is a bit lax (a previous guest's clothes had been left in our bed). Our room had an old cigarette smell. It didn't stop us from sleeping, but it could be a real problem for some people.

Liked: Location, I picked this place because it was close to my daughter's house The price was fairly reasonable considering today's market Had smoking rooms available Free parking and free WiFi
Disliked: The floors hadn't been swept probably for weeks, the top bed sheet had stains, I killed two roaches, the bathroom door was broken and the door wouldn't shut, the bathroom vanity outlet was falling out of the wall, there was barely any water pressure at the vanity sink and I was afraid to use the shower because it was nasty, the neighbors were noisy and obnoxious playing loud music all night, and I checked the AC/Heat Pump air filters and they were very nasty...!!!I'm an old retired construction worker and ex biker who has stayed at many low priced hotels so I could put up with the whole place smelling like marijuana, but the nastiness and the room conditions I've mentioned were simply unbelievable...I was only there for the weekend so just endured the conditions because I only had a couple of days to visit my daughter...But if would have stayed any longer, I would probably have complained to the manager plus request a refund of my money because I would have left after I first walked in the room...

It was sufficient.
