Liked: Rooms beds lobby. Good smoking locations outside..Great lobby appearance
Disliked: A lack of a good and balanced breakfast selection. The pool opens to late in the morning..8 would be better...

Liked: Clean for the most part.
Disliked: Attitudes of multiple employees.Hot tub jets didn't work.Transgender employee talking about having a 3 way at nasty breakfast. Looked methed out.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean
Disliked: The front desk worker was extremely rude and unprofessional . I had an issue with the bathroom stool not working correctly. At first the man said to use the plunger, which I had already done. He then came to my room and used the plunger for about five to ten minutes, splashing water all over the floor. He quit and left my room and returned later with cleaning supplies. I asked him if he was going to use those supplies, and he said for me to use them. I told him I didn't make the mess. He just said "It's your poop. You clean it". I told him I refused to clean a mess I didn't cause. He then just said "It's your poop" again and walked away.. due to his attitude, and filthy bathroom floor, I decided to leave, and did not stay that night. I've never been treated like that person treated me, and I spent 25 years working in a prison. If anybody ever asks me about my stay there, I will not have anything positive to say about the staff there..
