Disliked: Dirty room and the check in desk was hard to even know where to go ...there was no entrance drive up

Liked: The beds were very comfortable! The coffee was excellent. I thought breakfast was advertised and there was none of that. Max/front dest clerk--so nice and helpful.
Disliked: Of course I didn't expect luxury at this price but our door latch broke the morning of departure. There were no blankets--just a bedspread. The outside door had a lot of loose mud we had to step over and the windows were either filthy or fogged double-pane. A bathchair and grab bars would have enabled my disabled husband to shower--he was upset (I had neglected to request a handicap room). There was a stale odor in the room whenever we entered but we got used to it. No light switch by the entry door meant I had to feel around a dark room for a light. One plug-in didn't work and my phone did not charge overnight as I expected.

Liked: Mattress was comfortable. Pricing was decent.
Disliked: Loud. Noisy location. Homeless in parking lot. Room felt dusty and damp. Old and outdated. Toilet ran constantly and hardly flushed. Room smelled stale. Blankets and bedding did not feel fresh. Felt used. The trashcan had a used condom stuck to the side. Made everything feel gross. No coffee maker. Empty coffee in lobby. Tried multiple times. Breakfast was a cornflake dispenser with no milk or bowls. Wtf lol. The Hallways smelled like an Indian restaurant. Smelled like curry very very strong curry smell. Every employee seemed rude and I felt like they didn't want me there. Only front desk spoke English and front desk people come off very rude and rushed. Employees started knocking at 1030 for 1130 check out, then every 10 minutes. I had late checkout but they came back every 10 mins. No joke every 10 minutes knocking as loud as you could knock. Didn't feel safe. Side door didn't lock. Homeless guy having schizophrenic outburst at 3 am in the hallway. Yelling and screaming. Called front no answer. Just stayed up until he left at sun up

Liked: The price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area
Disliked: Well the shower curtain had mold on it ......there was no blanket for the bed....shower ceiling was about to fall in... I was in room 240 ...and the TV was in front of the mirror , move the mirror or the TV, DID NOT GET MY 5 AM WAKE UP CALL....so I was a little late for my meeting

Minus the mold in shower...

Liked: Ease of checking in, clean sheets, the fact they were strict about the nonsmoking policy in rooms.
Disliked: It was a very old hotel. No working fire alarm in room, mold in shower.
