Disliked: I didn't show up and tried to cancel the next day. The guy I talked to said he checked me in and I wasn't able to cancel, despite the stipulations on the FAQ. The guy I talked to wasn't rude, but I felt dishonest.

Disliked: People sleeping in the stairwells, carpets were disgusting and had to wear shoes to be safe. Renovation of some sort was going on but there is no fan in the bathroom, no vanity light, green and black sticky mess all over bathroom floor and vanity shelf.

Disliked: I found a cock roach running across the bathroom floor in the morning when I turned on the light. While I was having coffee a resident's dog pooped on the floor in the lobby-Grose

Liked: Location to garden of the gods and the staff were very friendly
Disliked: The state of our room was poor. There were patches all over the walls, different color paint on the walls, a stained/dirty tub with a soft spot. The elevator wasn't working.
