Disappointing

COCKROACH INFESTED!!! DONT STAY HERE!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: There were cockroaches in the room. The first room had no lock on the door which wierded me out since im a female by myself and they knew that. Moved to second room after a lengthy argument with employee who said I didnt need the lock. When I got to second room, a huge cockroach came running right out to greet me. When I showed the staff a picture of the roach they didnt seem surprised at all and said they'd refund my stay. Instead they charged me double for using "2 rooms" even though I was in either room less than 15 min. I will never ever stay at another super 8 again in my life. I have never seen such a dirty disgusting place. Both rooms smelled horribly of mold as well. Had to pay for another hotel on top of the double charge because I wasnt staying in a roach infested one. Absolutely disgusting. Just pay more to get a better room

Clean, comfortable room for a...

Liked: Close access into St Louis as well as O’Fallon and Belleville. Staff were great. Price was right. Well lit parking lot.
Disliked: A workout room with treadmill/elliptical and some weights would be an improvement. Breakfast was okay for me, I’m simple but a few more options (more cereal options, waffle iron with batter and syrup, bagels, etc.) wouldn’t hurt.

Liked: The price and location were good.
Disliked: This was a bare bones facility. Everything may have been clean but it looked worn and dirty. Breakfast had no gluten free items so didn't help me.

Disliked: the shower. the water ran hot and cold during my shower

Pleasant

Decent hotel, if you don't...

Liked: Location was great, near the highway and Walmart and restaurants. The man at the front desk was very helpful as well, helping us change from a smoking to a non-smoking room. Our room was dark and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: This hotel is pretty old, furnishings dated, the carpets are quite dirty, and towels are thin and few. The hallways and stairwell smelled strongly of smoke, which sometimes seeped into our non-smoking room.

Disliked: When you ask for an extra blanket or even an extra pillow good luck on getting on. They don't keep extras apparently for guests even though they knew we had 3 children with us. Oh and don't be fooled. The deposit they take isn't refunded at the time of check out like the guy checking us in told us.
