Super 8 by Wyndham Clive/W Des Moines

I actually didn't even stay there. I checked in, went to an event, stayed somewhere else. I then came back the next morning to get my stuff and check out. I was going to ask for a refund since I didn't stay, but didn't have time to bother with it.

Disliked: The hallway smelled.

Disliked: Room was filthy- bathroom was filthy- didn’t look like it had been cleaned. We left and did not stay. No one at desk to tell.

Liked: I like having breakfast. I always stay at a hotel that has it. Staff were friendly.
Disliked: I don’t like having the big bottles of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion that other people have used. I didn’t use them. They had left little bars of soap to use. I like the little bottles for individual use. More sanitary.

Disliked: It took all day to get room cleaned. We stayed 3 nights and just never had the room cleaned. Just got fresh towels
