Super 8 by Wyndham Clive/W Des Moines

I actually didn't even stay there. I checked in, went to an event, stayed somewhere else. I then came back the next morning to get my stuff and check out. I was going to ask for a refund since I didn't stay, but didn't have time to bother with it.

Disliked: The hallway smelled.

Disliked: The bed was very soft and clumpy. Very uncomfortable. We got up the next morning feeling body aches everywhere.

Liked: Location in a nice area and close to the main highway.
Disliked: No elevator even though it is only 2 floors. Kind of hard for an old man with a bad back. Wi fi was slow. My key didn't work twice.

Disliked: Staff not knowledgeable No shampoo, no body wash, no hair conditioner (all bottles were empty), torn bath towels,

Our stay was as expected....

Disliked: Our room was a complete disaster. It's was not properly cleaned, smelled bad, and had drug paraphernalia leftover from a previous occupant. The room and experience was so terrible that we left shortly after arriving and cancelled the reservation
