Don't bother they don't clean...

Liked: I don't have anything nice to say, still waiting on my refund
Disliked: Jacuzzi tub was still dirty from previous guest. Housekeeping did not even attempt to clean the rub. Still had a ring around the tub and rose petals in the tub. Called front desk, no one available to clean and they did not have the occupancy to move me to another room with the same features. Requested a call from management, management did not call. I called the hotel and spoke to some lady she called me back advising they would refund 25.00. 😒 I paid 114.00 I still have not gotten my refund and I've sent inquiries via booking.com to customer service and the property. I have been coming here for years I'll never go back. The desk clerk was rude when I called no one apologized for anything. These people do not care. Just give me my money. I will upload photos if able.
