It was nice at first...

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and vanity was nice and clean.
Disliked: All in all, I will not go back to this hotel. I didn't have anybody to help me with my daughter who was in her car seat/stroller and a duffel bag. I had to pull them up two flights of stairs. I felt like they could have given me a downstairs room. Than again. I could have asked...🤷🏾 I didn't like the fact that the floor was very dusty. My 3-year-old and I had to keep our shoes or socks on every time we walked on the floor. I didn't like the fact that the shower did not work. Every time I turned on the faucet in the tub, the shower head would move around in circles. I could have said something but I didn't because me and my daughter took baths and I was only there to visit family. The front desk lady was nice for the most part. Until I asked for bed sheets so that my daughter could take a nap on clean bed covers. That whole issue took an hour and a half for them to take care of when all I asked for were sheets for my bed. They told me that they are not allowed to give me sheets because they are responsible for everything in that room and it made me feel like they thought that I was going to steal their sheets. I asked the front desk lady, around 7:30-8:00 that morning, whose name is Sarah, that I needed sheets.They didn't get to my room until after 12:00.. and Miss Sarah went from nice clerk to disrespectful clerk and lying to my mother telling her that I never asked for sheets.
