Superb

The handicap room WAS NOT...

Liked: The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The handicap room was extremely UNaccessible.The bathroom door was broken, and I could not get through with my walker. Maintenance had to remove the door, so we lost our privacy. The shower was not a walk-in as photos advertised, and the shower chair was broken.

Liked: It was decent. Staff was very nice. Clean room.
Disliked: Holes in the sheets & blankets. The toilet kept stopping up & would finally flush after an hour or so. & the shower handle when turning it on came right off..

Exceptional

Not the hotel for us

Liked: The gal at front desk was nice.
Disliked: It was unclean, bugs, ashtray Asked for non smoking room, wasn't clean, stains on carpet, bed were okay. Traffic was loud off interstate and there was a disturbance at 3 am in the morning.
