Liked: I like the way the hotel is surrounded by many stores and easy access.
Disliked: I managed to get through the strong smoke odor of the building. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

Liked: It was clean the man who checked us in was nice
Disliked: At 6 am maybe earlier there was banging and loud taking in the halls. Someone was playing music in the hallway while we were trying to sleep needless to say didn’t get much sleep after getting in late

Liked: There was no Wi-Fi and my kids were very sad and mad. The smell of tobacco was allover the hotel. The employees were not friendly.
Disliked: The location.

Charges for emotional support animals

Liked: The staff was friendly but I was given a discount and deal. They did have breakfast out from 6 till 9am and coffee at all times. Did have a washer and dryer which I liked and enjoyed. You had to pay to use it. They did provide clean linen and towels and rags daily. The woman at the front desk was super friendly and explained things to me when needed.
Disliked: Charging me a pet fee for emotional support animals that I have papers for from a licensed therapist. I was told when she filled out the paper it was the same as a service animal as in Virginia laws for housing and restaurants. . Yeah they offered us a discount for the first few days but I think it's just crazy to charge me when I need my catand I clean up after him. And coming to do a room check daily. I understand they got rules but I am a very clean person (they even said it smelled n looked good in our room)and I get very depressed and have high anxiety if my cat is not around. But they got to follow the owner rules and they were nice about the situation.
