Liked: We liked our shuttle guy! Poor man not being treated well by the owner.
Disliked: I did not like the owner making comments about the guests (he thought he was being funny but .... no) and being in the breakfast room all the time and talking. Maybe trying to be nice and approachable but it felt more like checking on people. Plus as we were leaving he saw a customer coming to the waiting shuttle but did not a move a finger (but kept smoking at the door of the hotel) to help an older lady with a cane and big luggage. We did also not leave a tip for the housekeeper because we felt the owner is going to take it anyway.Rooms smelled bad and everything was in need of maintenance.

Liked: The room was spacious, friendly staff and smoker parking space
Disliked: I wish I knew about the airport shuttle a bit before, I could have taken the rental car one day later, may be this important benefit can be highlighted more to booked customers a week or two in advance

Comfortable for a layover

Liked: The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. The check in was adequate. The shuttle service was timely.
Disliked: Finding the shuttle service was confusing. However, the hotel service was very patient and helpful.
