Exceeded my expectation!

Liked: Apprehensive after reading reviews on various websites, however, negative aspects were unfounded. The area is industrial but felt safe, various reviews stated that fast food deliveries didn't operate to this hotel but it is not true. I didn't have any issues order food to be delivered! Overall a good hotel for one night prior to flying from O Hare. The shuttle bus is a good service too. The room was spacious and clean.

Liked: Location and shuttle service.
Disliked: No complementary water bottle in hotel room. Very poor quality of complementary breakfasts. The AC was not maintaining proper temperature.
