Disliked: Should have accepted the free late checkout process, last night I was so tired that I couldn't checkout at 11 am and requested for late checkout at 12 pm (noon), but the staff charged me $10 per hour basis, but that was decent though

Room smelled like cigar, dirty

Disliked: The room had a strong smell of cigarOur flight was delayed so we arrived latter than expected and they had cancelled our reservation Room was very dirty and we didn’t feel safe thereAt the reception they had a sign saying that they don’t allow smoking inside the rooms but the reception itself and the room smelled like smokeReally disappointing experience, just stayed there for less than 6 hours because the room was already paid for and, because of the time we arrived, that was pretty much our only option
