Disliked: There was no hotel, no shuttle no staff

Superb

Liked: Monika was a really sweet and kind lady. I felt safe being there. The flooring without carpet made the place very inviting. Awesome vending machine selections. Very quiet in the room. The bed mattress was so soft. I preferred it over my expensive memory foam.
Disliked: My toilet bowl had a ugly brown stain. Room was dusty. The breakfast needed better choices. A muffin or fruit bar was not appetizing. Bananas, yogurt, bagels, instant oats, etc would be great additions.

Do not stay here. Huge...

Liked: The “breakfast” was an absolute joke. The location isn’t super bad but not close to anything
Disliked: Super dirty and smelly, hallways were filled with a bunch of junk, staff was extremely rude. Website advertises free shuttles to airport or a shuttle to the blue line for an extra fee. When I asked the front desk about the shuttles, I got screamed at, told that the shuttle guy was sick and that unless I wanted the keys to the shuttle, I needed to let it go.

Disliked: Dirty room and bathroom

Good option if you are...

Liked: Good value for money, location close to the airport.
Disliked: Very limited breakfast options, shuttle bus to the airport was not available so you can’t relay on it, rude staff.
