Clean rooms; friendly staff; great value for the price. Breakfast was a bonus! We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accomodation.

Liked: The hotel was horrible.
Disliked: The room smelled like smoke. I requested a smoke free room. The window would open however there was no screen so I was unable to air out the room. The bath tub was peeling, there were hole in the sheets and blanket. A lot of noise outside from the guest and their visitors. The guest next door were arguing at 4am. The bed was uncomfortable. Setting on metal bed frames that every time you moved they made a thunder sound. The microwave did not heat up. The T.V. had lines running through the screen and there stand it was sitting in was rotting looked like it was about to fall. The "breakfast" I was told was from 6-9. I was told by the front desk staff there would be fresh fruit cereal juice milk and coffee. The only thing there was oatmeal cream pies and cereal. No milk or coffee. No juice in site.I would not recommend this hotel nor will I ever return if I am ever in the Richmond/Chesterfield area again.
