Great overnight stop, really had...

Liked: Brilliant hotel for motorway break, warm greeting, very modern basic but clean fresh room. Despite being next door to services it was very quiet and a great nights sleep. Dog biscuits and water bowl in foyer and large grassed area fir walkies
Disliked: Would have been good to know before arriving that £10 for dog had become £15 as it was increased on July 1st. No mention of that when booking.

The perfect pit s.top!

Liked: We had the basic room for 2 and it really excelled our expectatons. Everything had been meticuously thought out, with everything to hand just where we wanted it, nice touches of a hairdryer in a labelled bag easily visible, shower rails etc just where you want them to be, lighting perfect, bed to dream on and staff happy, friendly and there to help with a smile. Seated area near reception very welcoming, refreshments offered including breakfast and evening pizzas. It was perfect!
Disliked: There was nothing, well, apart from the fact that it was at the services, but that was a bonus for us!

Liked: Breakfast was ok. On our first day we had to ask for spoons, knives, napkins, bowls. It wasn’t a problem. There was only one girl on I think she was the manager. Second day was totally fine. Lovely lady on breakfasts. Breakfast itself was basic continental. Room small but had everything you needed. Air con was great
Disliked: Quite a small room with a small double bed. Not much space
