Good
Liked: The receptionist was excellent helpful friendly 👌
Disliked: The cleaners woke me at 7 am cleaning outside the room and continued to make noise so my lay in was ruined which was the idea of a hotel room in first place

Such a lovely hotel, dead...
Liked: Easy to findGot parked close to the hotel Room really nicely decorated, nice style Sue on reception was excellent - friendly, helpful, went above and beyond to look after me - getting iced water for my bottle, giving me a takeaway breakfast for an early departure. Just brilliant!
Disliked: Just that I was only there for 7 hours altogether!

Short and functional
Liked: Functional stay for one night for a concert at the forest. Can’t say much because we only slept there, got back late and had to leave early the next day.

Superb sound-proofing, nice clean comfy...
Liked: This was a stand-out stay. I travel a lot for work, and hotels at service stations are not usually great. This one has very nice rooms, exceptional staff, and absolutely superb sound-proofing. It must be triple-glazed or something, but it was quiet and I slept soundly.
Disliked: Nothing I recall

Ok for an overnight stay
Liked: Staff were extremely pleasant & helpful, was nice to have air conditioning in the room whilst it was so hot outside
Disliked: Room & bathroom quite noticably dirty and not cleaned properly, and the noise from a guest in the room above me was horrendous, obviously had a child and it was running around and scraping the wooden chair on the wooden floor, well past midnight, so I hardly slept a wink.
