Liked: Very good value for money, large family rooms and location is great. Plus free parking
Disliked: Slow service on reception. Seemed to wait a while to ask questions. Wanted to order food for my child but it took a long time to speak to someone and after then they couldn’t make the food as no one in the kitchen to make food. But I kept getting emails and texts from the hotel encouraging me to order food and a drink

Staycation at super by 8

Liked: Rooms were tidy, spacious and equipped. Breakfast was nice and atmosphere was made lovely by the lady serving us. A real pleasure to meet early in the morning. Lovely with the children aswell. Made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Would definitely return. Location is good right off the motorway, close by to all the amusements we visited. Good value for money x
Disliked: On hot days the smell of menuere is quite strong outside the hotel but not an Issue when you are indoors. No other issues. Pleasant stay all round.

Liked: Location is great for exploring chester, shopping at Cheshire oaks and heading up the wirral.Air con was Brill to have when it was hot.Staff were friendly and helpful.Rooms were great for us, and having a little kitchen meant we could have breakfast before setting out for the day.
