Liked: Everything
Disliked: We asked for clean towels when we left out in the morning. Dirty ones were still on the floor and no clean ones.

Over all great stay!! Rooms...
Liked: Breakfast was just muffins and juice. Looks like at one time they had a full breakfast and wish they still did
Disliked: Pool mighy have needed chlorine. Did not smell it like you do other pools. Water looked a smidge dinge.

Liked: Room was clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet
Disliked: The facilities looked very updated but in Cherokee, NC room 113 the bathroom faucet (hard to turn on and off) and toilet paper holder (rusted) had not been updated.

Superb
Liked: The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice pool. Staff was helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was only muffins and juice.

Liked: I loved Makayla at the front desk. I guess she could tell I was having a bad day (and I thought I had my happy face on, lol). But had just had an issue with Booking.com completely messing me up at where I "thought" i was suppose to stay this weekend, and they actually booked me here. It was 2 miles away from where I needed to be all weekend and she made me feel so much better. She smiled, joked and got us a room right away. Explained everything going in and even that their breakfast was coffee, juices and muffins. Thank you to Makayla and I hope she is told how she completely changed my bad day to good
Disliked: Just the fact that I was further away from where I needed to be, but it isn't the hotels fault. Booking.com screwed this up. There is a place next door to dine in and a really nice place, The Chop House I believe. Or if you want fast food, DQ is on the other side and a Shell station across the street for snacks and great take out pizza.

Location was nice, the room...
Liked: The location was close to the casino, the staff were kind and friendly. They charged me less than what booking.com said.
Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t that great

Liked: Breakfast was lousy. A basket of muffins and some juice
Disliked: Some cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt would help. Most motels offer a nicer breakfast
