Great friendly employees willing to...

Liked: We have stayed here a couple times in the past and we continue to stay here because the stuff is really friendly and they're really courteous of their guest. The rooms were very clean and cozy.
Disliked: Only thing I didn't like was there breakfast they didn't have no Continental breakfast or anything when they used to so I guess they did away with it

Liked: Nothing!! It is dirty, old and rundown.
Disliked: I didn’t like any thing about this hotel. It was nasty, nothing like it is listed on their website. They false advertise.

Liked: Watching TV.
Disliked: Clean the room. I seen a bug!

Disliked: As soon as I arrived I was told that the "breakfast" was just granola bars and coffee. There is no longer a pool. Both which were sent in a an email that stated continental breakfast. I was advised by staff you should always call online is not true in most cases. The room had mold, the toilet paper was on the floor, and the phone in the room did not work. There were massive stains on the mattress and linens. The roof had water damage and was leaking. We did not stay. We went back up front and was told we would not be charged they canceled the room. I am now in a dispute with my bank cause the did charge me.

Very disappointed

Liked: Easy to get to
Disliked: Was supposed to have continental breakfast only thing offered was granola bar. Room floors were filthy took socks off walked across the floor and bottom of my feet were black. No ashtray in smoking room when asked front desk was told they were locked up and they didn’t have access to.

Horrible Stay

Liked: The front desk attendants was friendly.
Disliked: Aside from the front desk attendants, everything. Our double rooms had a connecting door that was broken and didn't lock. Both rooms seems to have blood stains in the bathrooms. The hotel was very sketchy and we took turns sleeping to keep an eye on our vehicle parked outside. A lot of things in our rooms were broken like the lamps and toilet paper holders. There was a hole on the wall where the front door seems to have been kicked in or something like someone open the door so hard it made a hole in the wall behind the door. The bed was hard as a rock and the sheets had stains in them. It was a horrible stay that we rather not stay there again on our way back from Florida. My family refused to come back to this place since they didn't feel safe.

Didn't get to rude employee

Liked: Nothing! The rude lady at the front desk turned my family and I away because she said they didn't except Cash App!! Which the card was used to Book the room!!! She attempted to charge my card 6 hours before arriving had it been successful they would had excepted the payment
Disliked: She was very rude about and I just drove 10 hours half way home from Florida to Illinois it's 11pm , there was 5 of us!! Thank God for Motel 6 down the road and I saved 10$

The Spy Who Bugged Me...

Liked: It's kinda like home now, so it's all good.
Disliked: Saw a live bedbug on the blanket. Also got hacked thru your wifi lost a metric shot b ton of money, and he's still doing it.

Liked: Very easy to get too.
Disliked: There was roaches inside of the room.
