Good room bad front desk

Liked: The room was comfortable. The pillows and towels were great! Very close to a delicious family restaurant
Disliked: I arrived on my motorcycle 90 minutes early for Check-In and was not allowed to get into my room unless I paid extra. I arrived early as it was extremely hot that day and needed to get off the road early..I was told by Jack at the front desk I couldn't check in unless I paid. I have traveled extensively since the late 70's and have never paid this. I have been a Wyndham Rewards member since the program started in the early 90's. Jack told me my room was cleaned and ready but I couldn't get in unless I paid extra. I left 3 hours before check out the next day Does this mean I get a refund for leaving 3 hours early? My room was clean but the floors were filthy.

Disliked: A bigger fridge and the tv was always going out
