Liked: Location is great!
Disliked: Charging $20.00 a pet. We were traveling from Utah to Florida and had to bring our 4 dogs. This added $80.00 to the hotel. The price of the hotel was already

Exceptional

Liked: The pool

Liked: It was close to the attraction such as Ruby Falls. Racoons Cave, aquarium and Rock City. Shopping and gas station within two minutes drive.
Disliked: Breakfast

Not the Choo Choo

Liked: Convenient good value.
Disliked: No beer at breakfast.

Exceptional

Older hotel but Clean and...

Liked: Pros: The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. After driving 12 hrs a hot shower and a clean, comfortable bed was appreciated.
Disliked: Cons: the walls are thin and I could hear other guests. The breakfast area was very small but the waffle house shares the parking lot and there's a cracker barrel within walking distance.

Last Minute Getaway

Liked: At first I was a little concerned with the location but I was actually surprised with the facility. Convenient to a 24 hour waffle house, minute from other restaurants and Walmart for groceries. Location was close to Ruby Falls. The pool was VERY clean. Rooms were clean. I must shout out Susan at the front desk at nights. She was my absolute favorite part of my entire stay. Give that woman a raise she deserves it! Susan 117 remembered you!
Disliked: The stairways were very hot and had an odor. The air conditioning in the rooms was not the best but kept the rooms okay I guess. Rooms were small and needed more lighting.

Disliked: The hotel itself had a bad smell. The room had a mildew/wet smell. The smoke detector in our room had been removed and there were just wires hanging down from the ceiling.
