Liked: Nothing, we asked for a refund and left immediately after check in.
Disliked: When we arrived, the staff member was sleeping in the lounge area. She seemed to be on something, or very disoriented.

The cost for my stay...

Liked: .The bed was comfortable and had 3 pillows, sheets were clean. There were 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 wash rags and a bath mat all were clean and free of stains.
Disliked: There's no breakfast as advertised, I didn't stay in a renovated room. Check-in was rough, the clerk was very short and I had to go to 3 different rooms before I got a clean room

Disliked: Everything. The attendant at the desk was very rude. There was supposed to be breakfast included. They did not have anything. And the floors were so dirty you could not take your shoes off. We got out asap.

Liked: The room itself seemed to be updated some. No tissues. No ash trays. Bathroom bad- no vent and was so nasty. Stuff up walls and showers need to see some tilex. To top it off I got charged 3 times!!! They stated they refunded me the first time they double charged me, and nope, they were both taken out of my account. Suppose to be 73.26 turns to 146.46 out of my account! Called said they were sorry their mistake they'd refund me and then today changed and takes out of my account 3!! Times totalling a amount of 219.69 for a 73 dollar room. Calling they said that the todays second charge fee was deducted because it showed the first time they refunded me for the 2!! Times that they charged me that it showed me not paying so they charged me again when I got NO REFUND! They blamed it on my bank which is chase so don't think so. Needless to say I had to deny the charges with my bank and they are filing a claim against the hotel and I will never stay at a super 8 again!
