Super 8 by Wyndham Central City

Staff was friendly; picked this hotel because it had pool, so very disappointed; breakfast buffet was OK, but not a lot to choose from.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: No elevator; pool was closed and a lot of materials laying around. One of the beds looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Best Super 8 I've ever...

Liked: From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was so welcoming. The breakfast was clean and beds were comfy.
Disliked: N/A

Disliked: The parking lot could use some work.

Liked: It was convenient for what we where there for
Disliked: It was advertised that they had a pool. Was never disclosed to us that the pool was not in operation. The girl.at the counter was pretty rude about it as well. The room had no hangers in it for.our clothes. When I went to the desk and asked for some hangers I was also presented with an attitude. The corners in the room were filthy dirty. The entry to the building had something spilled on the tile which was never cleaned up. It was supposed to be free breakfast but all the had to drink was coffee. The juice machine was not working and they did not supplement it with anything else. So for people that don't drink coffee this is a problem.

Liked: Rooms where not very clean one mattress had a dip in it so bad you couldn’t sleep on it

Cockroaches in hotel room

Liked: This hotel had cockroaches and I would like to speak to someone about a refund. When I walked in and turned the light two of them scurried across the wall behind the mirror and one ran behind the toilet in the bathroom.
