Staff was friendly; picked this hotel because it had pool, so very disappointed; breakfast buffet was OK, but not a lot to choose from.

Liked: Friendly staff.
Disliked: No elevator; pool was closed and a lot of materials laying around. One of the beds looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Liked: Rooms where not very clean one mattress had a dip in it so bad you couldn’t sleep on it

Cockroaches in hotel room

Liked: This hotel had cockroaches and I would like to speak to someone about a refund. When I walked in and turned the light two of them scurried across the wall behind the mirror and one ran behind the toilet in the bathroom.

Liked: The whole facility was very clean. Great breakfast! Great staff!

Liked: It was close to where I needed to be. It had a decent breakfast, and the dining area was accommodating.
Disliked: The washer was broken, there was no pool or gym, no bananas or eggs with breakfast, and it was noisy. Only two staff members even acknowledge us during our stay. There was a marijuana smell in the hallway on multiple occasions. For the money ($90+ a night) I was not impressed.

Liked: The staff was very cordial and tried to be as helpful as possible.
Disliked: The swimming pool was out of service. The washer didn’t work in the laundry room. I was given the wrong room type and had to get a rollout bed for my son to sleep in.
