For an over nite stop...

Liked: Very convenient for us. We needed a place to stay while our RV was in for repair Close to a good laundromat ( across the street)Our dog needed a vet. There was one across the street too
Disliked: A little shabby on the outside but clean inside

Liked: Front desk people and check in went great
Disliked: Shower warm , cold to scolding fast. No house keeping at all come by. I had to go get my own soap, my own towels that were delivered at 10pm.

Liked: Location was good, near the freeway.
Disliked: The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. There was trash in the bathroom trash can. The complimentary breakfast consisted of cold cereal and muffins.

It was a very enjoyable...

Liked: Great staff, very helpful with a tricky check-in process.
Disliked: The desk clerk was on her own during a very busy state track weekend, making for some long wait times to check in; she could have used some help. But she did her best!

Needs some TLC

Liked: The bed was comfortable and clean. The pillows were so comfortable that one member our group ordered the same pillow. The air conditioning system worked well. Both the evening and morning staff were personable and helpful.
Disliked: The hotel exterior had peeling paint and seemed run down. The walls of the rooms had lots of old dust and old spill stains. Bathroom (tub and toilet area) in one room was dirty. Hallway carpets were noticeably dirty and the vending machines were not working. The breakfast selection was very limited. It seemed that the hotel was understaffed but they did there best to resolve the problems with the rooms.Our family rented two rooms. We've paid a similar price for other rooms and had a better experience.The issues listed above could be resolved by closer attention to cleanliness of the rooms and overall TLC of the exterior. The front desk staff was advised of our concerns and was attentive to forwarding our concerns to housekeeping and management.

Disliked: If you are only offering continental breakfast it should be stated. It said breakfast included. Cold cereal and juice boxes are not what I expect.
