Disappointed, first trip in relationship...

Liked: I booked this hotel due to complimentary breakfast advertised and pool. Complimentary breakfast is very convenient and we planned to utilize pool. Not until after we got there were we told no pool, no breakfast! Very disappointing
Disliked: Had we known breakfast and pool were not available would have stayed elsewhere

Liked: No breakfast-no pool-construction on going-room could have been a little cleaner-no hot water

Disliked: I didn’t like it cause I didn’t get to stay there. They told me they had rooms online but when I went to go check and they said they didn’t have anything so I had to find another place to stay.

Liked: NOTHING! no accessible rooms available, no access due to the Rate Super 8 by Wyndham Carlsbad 1) under construction 2) no ADA access 3) no breakfast 4) split level format rooms only available by stairs 5) I am unable to navigate stairs as I use a motorized wheelchair 6) no rooms with outside access 7) refused to credit my room back 8) staff said only booking.com could cancel my stay and refund ) Booking .com said the hotel must cancel with them to make an exception to there no refund policy 10) is booking.com a scam? 11) this is gross misrepresentation and should be refundable and would be by most reputable companies
