Disliked: Smoke detector was hanging from the wall, and non operational. front desk staff was not overly concerned and did not address issue right away. this is a safety issue. Fire Hazard:Smoke detectors are a critical part of a fire safety system, alerting occupants to potential fires.Legal Implications:In many jurisdictions, disconnecting a smoke detector is a violation of fire codes and could have legal consequences.Endangering Others:A malfunctioning smoke detector endangers not only your life but also the lives of other hotel guests and staff.

Disliked: Booked a NON SMOKING ROOM but got a smoking room. Booked a KING SIZE bed but got a queen. Bad smell in building. Entire building is dirty. Was told that if we book through a site like yours there is no guarantee we'll get what we asked for in a room.

Disliked: Mildew smell, sour nats,bugs in the room . Very poor water preasure, couldn't even finish shower.
