Liked: Convenient location, not many steps between floors.
Disliked: I woke up when the shower was running next door. It was loud. Shutting my bathroom door helped. Also, I got a text and email at 8:04am saying “It’s almost checkout time. When will you be departing?” I knew what your checkout time was. Eleven am. I was planning on sleeping past 8:04. You really could have asked that question when I checked in. Very annoying.

Liked: The location was great for what we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and the room was large. I really liked the shampoo and conditioner.
Disliked: ALL of the outlets were so loose that our phone chargers wouldn't work. I let the very nice lady at the desk know.

Disliked: Got to room it was very hot. I had to hang around outside in 78 degrees till it cooled off

Irritating, loud, harrasing hotel attendants.

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Bad plumbing. Toilet broke and water backed up and spilled all over the bathroom floor. The hotel attendant made me pay for an additional room in order to change rooms with a functional bathroom toilet. This is ridiculous bad plumbing is the fault of the facility not the guest. The hotel was taking advantage of Black Alumni Weekend attendees which is shameful. It was about money and not doing the right thing.
