Liked: It is very dirty, bath Towels was dirty sheets was dirty.
Disliked: Very unsafe, someone was screaming for help the whole night.

Liked: Closeness to the event I attended
Disliked: Upon walking into our room. The shower rod was on the floor. There was no shower curtain. When staff was alerted we were told “what do you want me to do about it? It’s fine if the floor gets wet.” Cleaning service was none existent. The complimentary breakfast consisted of water. Our room smelled awful and pills were found on the floor next to the bed.

Terrible.

Disliked: The rooms were not cleaned, there was a drinking straw left on the floor from previous gue8, the staff was rude about pets and kept calling our room making noise complaints when everyone in our room was asleep, and they are trying to steal money from us because even though we booked a month before our trip and indicated that we were traveling with pets, they decided to tell us on our last day that they would be keeping our deposit and taking more money from the card on file. We left the room cleaner than when we found it. Also, they advertise a continental breakfast that was not available and they disconnected our room key 40 minutes before check out. We had to get a new room key to continue packing our things.
