Couldn’t get much worse.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Everything else. Lobby and halls dirty; stained mattress in hall outside our unit. Booked a king size bed - got two standard sized, thin mattresses on a sheet of plywood. No cups or tissues in bathroom. TV didn’t work. Noise after midnight; source unknown. Unpleasant person at front desk.

Disliked: They were renovating, messy lobby, odor, room half finished , construction debris in and around parking area, no light breakfast as advertised, no place to sit in that area. Not worth the $222.00!

Disliked: Place was under remodeling and should had been closed. We did not stay. Was deplorable conditions couldn’t even walk up the stairs because of debris. Am disputing charge terrible terrible terrible!

Disliked: The property was under a full renovation. This should have been told by the Booking website. Our room was supposed to be one that was completed. Not clean. Bedspreads not washed. Pillow case dirty. Refrigerator didn’t work. Dead bolt on door handle broken. Very disappointed with Booking, they were responsible for not advising customer (me). I booked 2 rooms,a second room for our friends, had not been worked on and wasn’t any better than ours.

Liked: Great location for a quick stop in the Finger Lakes. Off a main highway, easy to get to town and the lake. The room was clean.
Disliked: I question the safety of this hotel. The front desk staff was not terrible helpful, the lobby was piled with new equipment to renovate, breakfast was not a thing but the check-in staff didn’t mention that to us. Breakfast certainly was not included though we chose this hotel for that reason. Safety was a concern. The front door was left propped open all night. Our room on the first floor had visitors outside our window, standing facing our room while lighting cigarettes. The curtains wouldn’t fully draw shut. The noise was unbearable. Overhead we had a lap-walker, repeatedly walking steps in their room at midnight. Across the hall or next door (hard to say as it felt like a voice of god all around) a neighbor was loudly holding a FaceTime call for an hour after we went to bed. Overall a sleepless and slightly unsafe-feeling night.
