Super 8 by Wyndham Canandaigua

Bad

Liked: Absolutely nothing. This was the Absolute worst hotel i have ever stayed in. It was beyond filthy.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned before we checked in. There was an inch of dust on everything. The bathroom floor had hair on it and was filthy. The sheets had hair in them. The top blanket had white stains. The carpet had not been vacuumed. Every wall in the room had stuff spilled on them and just left. Every lamp shade was broken. It was beyond disgusting and if we weren't traveling with another family and hadn't driven together I would have left that night. I relayed all the things in the room and was given " I apologize " from the woman at the front desk. That's it. I am fully aware this is a small hotel, but for the room to be given to us this way was mortifying. I would not let my daughter walk around the room without shoes on.

Liked: Location was spot on for what I needed
Disliked: You get what you pay for super 8 is the same across the country

Disappointing

Liked: Location is good For cmac. Parking lot is a disaster with huge holes that need to be patched. Breakfast is a joke. They had a thermos of coffee and individual slices of bread in baggies. Needless to say when we left we stopped at Denny’s for coffee and breakfast

Liked: Morning staff very nice
Disliked: Their "superstar" breakfast is a joke. Yogurt coffee and mini muffin. Nothing else. I payed way too much for this 3 star hotel. The room was not very clean

Liked: Nice view if was not raining. Not far from places wanted to go.
Disliked: Breakfast was not out till 730. First day all had was small blueberry muffin. Guy was rude that was putting it out. Had paint peeling in bathroom
